There are so many ways to eat watermelon! Here are a few of our favorites below:
Sweet Summertime Slushie
INGREDIENTS:​

Watermelon

Lemon juice
-
Honey
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cube watermelon and freeze overnight.

Add frozen watermelon to blender until desired consistency.

Add lemon juice and/or honey.
-
Enjoy!
Sweet Summertime Salsa
INGREDIENTS:
-
1 cup watermelon
-
1 cup pineapple
-
1 cup mango
-
1/4 cup red onion
-
2 tablespoons cilantro
-
1 - 2 diced jalapeño peppers
-
1/8 cup lemon juice
-
Dash salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Dice watermelon, mango, & pineapple.

Chop cilantro and jalapeño peppers.
-
Combine watermelon, pineapple, mango, onion, cilantro and jalapeño pepper. Add lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Sweet Summertime Yogurt Popsicles
INGREDIENTS

3 cups watermelon, cubed
-
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
-
1/2 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoons lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the watermelon, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in your blender.

Pour mixture into mold of your choice.

Put mold into freezer overnight.

Enjoy!
